Project enquiries and uploaded files

When you submit the project form, C4C stores your contact details, project brief and selected files to review feasibility and respond to your enquiry. Your files are stored privately and are not displayed in the public website or portfolio. Do not upload confidential material you are not authorised to share.

You can contact Contact us to request access to or deletion of your enquiry. Project information may need to be shared with relevant production partners when developing an agreed project; discuss any confidentiality requirements before that stage.

Service providers

The website is hosted through OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare. It uses Cloudflare database and file-storage services for enquiries and Google Fonts to load typefaces. Hosting providers may process technical information to serve and secure the website. The form includes basic abuse controls.

Enquiry notifications

Custom apparel enquiries are shared with Sida and Adrian at Create 4 Culture for review and follow-up. Our email delivery provider processes the notification. Uploaded files are shared with the team through private download links that expire after 14 days.

Google Drive storage

When connected, C4C also keeps a private copy of your enquiry and uploaded files in its Google Drive account for project review and follow-up. Uploads are not published or shared publicly.
